*A Postgraduate Studies Certificate signed by responsible University/Institution must be sent to obtain this fee.
English is the 6th ESLO Congress official language.
Simultaneous translation to Spanish (ONLY LECTURES AND COURSES) will be provided by ESLO with no cost.
CANCELATION POLICY: In case of cancellation before 29th May, 2004, the registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of 30 as organization costs. If the cancellation is done after this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
Confirmation of the Congress registration will be mailed or e-mailed within 10 days after the receipt of the total payment of the registration fee.
The registration fee for doctors/postgraduate students includes attendance of:
Scientific program
Commercial exhibitions
Coffee break (morning, afternoon) all 3 days
Welcome Cocktail (1st July)
Friendship Dinner (2nd July)
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the attendance of:
Commercial exhibitions (with no right to assist to scientific program)
Welcome Cocktail(1st July)
Friendship Dinner(2nd July)
It does not include the assistance to lectures or Roundtable Discussion Breakfasts.
