The objective of this new activity of our Center of orthodontics and TMJ, LADENT, SL, is to train doctors in arches or orthodontic appliances adapting and activating. Therefore we have created three-hour, exclusively hands-on courses with a limited number of places. These courses are open to all dentists and are lectured only in Spanish. Available in Spanish and English  With this book, we wanted to carry out literature research and at the same time to share our clinical experience in microimplants’ use, systemizing their indications to make the initiation of those orthodontist who want to start to use microimplants easy and as a summary of a technique for those who already have experience with them. This book can be used in two ways: as a textbook for deepening and updating the orthodontic knowledge with microimplants, or as a chair-side manual because the case classification and a high number of schemes clearly explains how to use them, which is based on our experience. New book by Dr. Echarri. In an era in which between 55% and 60% of patients treated by professionals dedicated exclusively to orthodontics are adults, where the demand for esthetics becomes increasingly important, a need for invisible orthodontics treatment has been created. Techniques using esthetic, sequential and removable aligners cover this need and give excellent results in corrections of minor malocclusions which affect a great number of patients. This type of appliances is comfortable, esthetic, removable and very effective in great number of cases. Dr. Tae Weon Kim developed the system which he called Clear Aligner, with original characteristics that offer a high efficiency and leave the control of the process in hands of the orthodontist, since with each new impression the orthodontist can go on adjusting the objectives of each stage.
